PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between TheTrueKingdom.com and the account holder. By signing up, you are indicating Your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to check this Terms and Conditions page periodically to review changes that could be made at any time, because these changes are binding on You. TheTrueKingdom may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion by updating this posting. In the event of these terms being updated, TheTrueKingdom will notfy its existing customers of the change to this posting. “You”, “Your” and “User” as used herein refer to all persons and/or entities using this service for any reason. The term “TheTrueKingdom ” means TheTrueKingdom Corporation and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and licensees.

  1. General
    We provide the following as needed services (the "Service" or "Signed Up" ):Web Design Packages, Site Management Plans, purchase and registration of a domain name, if applicable, for an church, organization, or ministry website to be operated hereunder (the "Site"), and various certain provider services, access to TheTrueKingdom web technology to manage or administrate a fully functional World Wide Web Internet site and hosting services for the Site. You desire to sign up to the Service on the terms and conditions contained herein.

  2. The Service
    We agree to provide You with the Service that shall include a web design package, site management, or web hosting in accordance with this agreement. Certain Services, including web support or site management, will be continued on a year to year basis thereafter, unless terminated earlier in accordance herewith.

  3. Payment Options.
    1. There are two types of fees. They are of the following:
      (a) One Time Fees
      (b) Service Fess

      One time fees are paid only one time for a product, package, or add-on. These fees MUST
      be paid full to received a product or package in full. Service fees can be paid monthly, semi-annually (every six month), or can be paid for the entire year. If You choose to pay monthly, You will be billed on the 1st business day of the following month. Subsequent payments will be billed on the 1st business day of every month and will be due upon receipt of invoice.

    2. We offer three methods of payment. They are of the following:
      (a) By Credit Card
      (b) By E-Check (Online Check Payment)
      (c) By Mail (Bill Me or Mail Pay)

      If Your account becomes delinquent past 30 days, We reserve the right to suspend or place your account in "hold" status. If Your account becomes delinquent past 60 days, We reserve the right to terminate Your Service. If Your Service is terminated and You wish to re-establish Your Service, You must pay all delinquent fees owed in full.

    3. Payment for the Services is non-refundable notwithstanding early termination of the Services by you for any reason.

  4. Services Restrictions (Specific Prohibited Uses)
    You agree to be bound by, and agree that the Service is subject to, the following limitations:
    1. You shall not upload, post, submit, e-mail or include content, or Internet links to such content, on or to the Site that contain, promote or involve any of the following:
      1. profanity, obscenity, nudity or pornography, satanic, witchcraft;
      2. content that exploits or harms in any way children under 18 years of age;
      3. hate propaganda;
      4. unlawful, libelous, defamatory, scandalous or inflammatory content;
      5. racist, threatening, or otherwise abusive content;
      6. any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
      7. mail fraud, multi-level marketing (pyramid) schemes or any other fraudulent activities;
      8. content promoted through the sending of unsolicited e-mail or spamming;


  5. New Testament Doctrine (Scriptual Authority)
    The Bible is our sole guide and in particular the one church Jesus Christ built (Matthew 16:18)
    found in the New Testament.  We provide services for congregations that not only are called by the "Church of Christ" ,but also follow the New Testament "church doctrine".  We ONLY provide our services to congregations, ministries, organizations, or entities directory affiliated with the Church of Christ. If it becomes known in the activity of doing business that your congregation or organization is not following the doctrine of Jesus Christ, then all services pertaining to that account will be discontinued.

  6. Ownership.
    1. TheTrueKingdom will own the site design layout, graphics, and any pictures it creates for a period of two years starting from the time of initial sign up. All textual content written by or images content provided by the customer will belong to them in or outside of the two year period. After the two year period is up the entire site design layout and graphics belongs to the church, ministry, or organization and if they choose to use web another provider then they are free to take the site with them.

  7. Limitation of Liability.
    1. We and Our Related Parties shall in no way be liable to You or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from use of the Service or the Site.
    2. In no event shall We be liable for any damages, whatsoever, as a result of the notifying any official of potentially illegal content on the Site, providing copies of Your Web pages to the appropriate officials or cooperating with law enforcement efforts to identify or locate persons who have posted content that is illegal or promotes illegal conduct.
    3. In no event shall We be liable for any damages, whatsoever, as a result of the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

  8. Account Management . Once you have signed up, a web account ("MyChurch Login") will be created on your behalf. These accounts are for the sole purpose for account management and not for any web misuse whatsoever. You will need to protect your login and password information in confidence and only disclose it to persons trusted by You. We will need to be promptly notified of any loss or theft of Your password or any unauthorized access to the Site setup and edit software.

  9. Discontinuation of Services (Termination).
    1. This Agreement takes effect on the date the web order is placed with TheTrueKingdom and will continue until terminated in accordance herewith.
    2. We may terminate this Agreement, discontinue the Service and delete the Site at any time without notice to You in any of the following circumstances:

      1. You engage in conduct or post material on the Site that We in Our sole discretion believe is harmful to other Users, the business of TheTrueKingdom or any third party;
        (e.g. Posting Pornography, Satanic, etc..SEE Service Resrtictions Above)

    3. In most cases we will give a warning for content to be removed when it is discovered that goes against our policies. In this the case we would give you 24hrs to remove the content
      and if it is not removed during that time period, then the site will be pulled down and service discontinued.
